Precise and Stable Heating

The system supports operating temperatures from 40 °C to 65 °C. It maintains the setpoint within ±0.5 °C while limiting temperature oscillation to less than 0.5 °C.

Designed for Uniform Airflow

A custom airflow deflector directs and mixes the heated air to reduce temperature gradients across the printer chamber. The system achieves ±2 °C uniformity throughout the 793 × 640 × 420 mm workspace.

High-Power Heating

Using forced convection, cool chamber air is drawn into the internal air duct and driven through a 1000 W PTC heater for rapid, efficient heating.

Fully Integrated Prototype

The heater, fan, sensors, control electronics, and user interface are packaged into a single installation-ready unit. Users can set the target temperature remotely and monitor chamber conditions in real time through the integrated display.
